Hey you guys!
Tom & Jerry, Fat Albert, Garfield, Bugs Bunny, the Chipmunks did it. How about a Pink Panther the movie with many shorts? Our beloved Pink, still appears in films, commercials, toys and many more venues. I think is time for the Pink Panther (cartoon) movie. So, what is your view on that subject?

i think it might've been a good idea if they'd done it back around the time whenthey did the bugs bunny movie or something, but i dunno if theres much of an audience for it today. i wouldnt mind seeing it, but anymore, it seems like theonly kids movies that do any good are these computer animated movies, and i dont think a full movie of the computeranimated version of the pink panther would be as good as a movie of the older style hand drawn animation. you know what i mean?

Well Pinkadilly. I would mind... a cup of CGI, a dash of 2D (hand drawing) and a little flash Animated for thinking scenes. ;D All rolled up into one. JS P.S. I love 2D animation even more then CGIs and Flashes., but they're ok sometimes. I still wish that hand draw animations would last forever.

I suggest the ant and the anteater, the inspector ( from the cartoon), and that female panther from " Pink at first sight"! ^^

Not to mension our clueless Inspector, it would probably bring lots of laughs. I doubt the Pink Panther's dream girl would make it, since it more interesting so see him with other posibilities. JS

Well enough about the Pink Panther love connections.
How about the Pink Panther “to speak or not to speak,” that is the question. I vote it can be done sparingly when occasion demands it, but really I like his old character quiet persona. I was thinking Rich Little, if only he would come out of retirement, but however their more choices similar to his multi-voice talent. Further more, I think he could get a more modern voice spin, and someone like Ewan McGregor might do him justice.
So what do you guys think?

Well cartoons like Yogi Bear, Scooby Doo, and the Flinstone did it, I think the Pink can do it going 3D or so. I think is all about the story plan, and how he come on top. Anyone has any ideas on a storyline?

"The Artist" proves that a silent feature-length film can still work, but it's still gonna take some real creativity to make it interesting enough to hold an audience's attention for so long... that's why the shorts were genius - because they were short enough and funny enough that they could be silent and not lose their audience...

I agree with you. There’s an old saying “keep it simple, stupid.” The simpler a short is the more it can reach a broader audience. After all we live in a Tech era. I think the Pink Panther in its own way is quite unique. Because, after all is timeless, and it transients nationalities.
