Three Pink Panther films that do not feature Andre Maranne as Francois... The Pink Panther (1963) Inspector Clouseau (1968) Son of the Pink Panther (1993) which has Francois, but not Andre Maranne The Pink Panther (2006)
incidentally Kevin Kline, Martin Lawrence, Dana Carvey, Jim Carrey, and Robin Williams also considered the role of Clouseau between 1997 and 1999.

alright... in ASITD, we are not told François' last name, but in subsequent films, we are... however, his last name changed at some point during the series (for what reason, i don't know), so... what were the two different last names given to Maranne's François in the PP series?

Well done! Ms. Andrews provides the singing voice of Michael Robbins for "Until You Love Me" and has the Panther impersonate her famous Sound of Music scene in the opening titles. She cameos as Dr. Longet's cleaning lady when Herbert Lom...or rather Joe Dunne...takes a spill down the stairs while singing "I'm Going To Wash That Man Right Out of My Hair" in TRAIL. Incidentally, Ms. Andrews' charwoman is dressed identically to her friend Carol Burnett's recurring charwoman character on her 1970s variety show.

Checking Jerry Beck's Ultimate Guide would be cheating, so I'll guess only one: The Great DeGaulle Stone Operation.

Alan Arkin - We see in Trail Eric Pohlman - We see in Return and I really can't think of a third. But Anthony Ainley who played The Master in Doctor Who was in it, that has no relevance though

Tutte Lemkow was the Cossack dancer in A Shot in the Dark and Anthony Ainley's onscreen brother in Inspector Clouseau. Geoffrey Bayldon, who played Gutch in Inspector Clouseau, would return as Dr. Claude Duval in Strikes Again. As you noted Eric Pohlmann who played Bergesch, the president of the Bank of Zurich returned as the Fat Man in Return. Despite the fact that the actor playing Clouseau in Trail's WWII flashback strongly resembles Alan Arkin, it is actually actor Daniel Farrell.
