I would absolutely love, love, LOVE to write to Herbert Lom. He's not only my favorite Pink Panther actor, but my favorite actor from anything. My problem is that I'm a bit nervous. I realize, though, that I should send something to him as soon as I can before it's too late to do so.
I do have a letter written, but I'd like to touch it up a bit before actually sending it. This is the address I found for him:

Has anyone ever used that address or possibly know of another one that might be better?

Yeah I made that mistake with Roger Moore & Max von Sydow. I've written a letter to Christopher Plummer and got a photo developed for him to sign. Still no success from steve Martin yet though. He takes about 3 months probably longer for it to get to the UK. I've been waiting just about 2 months. I've also got one to post to Roy Scheider. |

I received a signed photo from Mr Lom today =]
No letter, just the signed photo. I got one like this from ebay before for about $10, but I feel really pleased that somewhere along the line he's acknowledged the letter I sent and he sent this in return.

I know both of them send pictures out. Burt Kwouk sends one unless you send him something to sign. All the ones from him that I have seen have been personalised which is good. For Herbert Lolm, he sends a photo out also, I think it could be a pre-print so I'm goign to send him something to sign. Good luck if you try.

I sent out a letter to Roberto Benigini care of a address I found on fanmail.biz which is a pretty reliable site (has the addresses for all the actors in this thread). Mr Lom's autograph doesn't seem to be a pre-print or anything, holding up the picture.. my autograph itself seems to be smudged slightly at the end.
But yeah..I sent out a letter to Roberto Benigini last week. Just for the sake of it, along with the reply coupons and self addressed envelope i printed out a black and white copy of the video cover of SotPP and sent it out.. but maybe he might send something else... nobody seems to have tested his address so far.. maybe I'll get something. From the stories I've heard of people meeting him he seems to be very good with meeting fans and autographs..

Well I hope you get a reply  . The other Panther stars I thought about writing to are -Catherine Schell -Capucine - Robert Wagner - Elke Sommer - Alan Arkin again as I saw on fanmail.biz that he doesn't have any photos and I never sent a photo - Joanna Lumley - Harvey Korman. |
