I saw a dvd titled "the new pink panther show". they say there are new cartoons and the characters are doubled by voices. Is it true ? What can you tell me about this and how many dvds are released ? Are they different from the classical ones ?

is this the DVD you saw?



if so, then it is from the first season of the 1993 series wherein, yes, all the characters talked, and this is the only DVD from that series so far released (that i've heard about)... jscartoon is a big fan of this series, so he might be able to tell you more about the DVD...

if you've seen something else, i'd be interested to hear more...

i was not aware of that R4 DVD! it does seem to be the same 1993 series that is featured on the one i pictured above, but with all the episodes from the first season instead of just a selection... nice find!

i'm sure js will have more to say on the subject when he happens upon this thread, though we haven't seen much of him in a little while...
