MGM connects with Vodafone
NEWS BRIEF: MGM Networks has agreed a platform deal with Vodafone in Germany that will make The MGM Channel available on the telco's 3G Live! network.
The move will allow Vodafone's 3G customers to view films from the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer library, including the Pink Panther and Rocky franchises, as well as Terminator and Robocop. Marcus Ammon, MD of MGM Networks in Germany, said: "Our agreement with Vodafone provides us with an incredible opportunity to expand our television distribution to mobile subscribers."
