I'm not crazy over the Panther's voice in that series. If he's going to talk, I think he should have the British-sounding accent he had in the two shorts from the '60s. That voice fit the character better, I think. The problem with the series from the '90s was not just that he talked, but that his voice just didn't suit him well.

So you like only loved Rich Little (from "Sink Pink" and "Pink Ice") Well, to be honest... I... I.... I love Matt Frewer's voice on the Pink Panther from that show, but not that much I usually ignored it, but I do love the old one too. Anyway, as a ture fan, I loved all his shows (even though I don't love the episodes, I'm very picky ;D), no matter what the panther does. JSCARTOONFAN

i agree the voice in the '60s cartoons was cooler...
to be honest, i wasn't really getting into it until i heard the Little Man talk... i didn't know Wallace Shawn was on there, and i just thought that was hilarious! he's awesome!

i'll leave it open... you never know when somebody else might come along who also might like to discuss the episode... Oh, I'm sorry Clouseau. It's just... everyone dislike that show, except me and my best friend from New York. The ture is... I only I heard the panther's voice for the first time... was Matt Frewer's. In 1997, I met Rich Little's version when Cartoon Network air the old cartoons from the Pink Panther (1964-1980) And now you and your friends are hooting over on Rich Little, just like the rest of them on YouTube. I know Matt Frewer is... bad to you, but he never troubles me when he plays the panther. Don't get me wrong, I like Rich Little's voice too. But his verison on the panther sounds like an older- British cat, you know when I mean about that. The new sounds more better and... younger too. Anyway, I'm really sorry for telling you and friends this. I hope you're not mad at me for that. JSCARTOONFAN

i don't think anybody's mad, JS - everyone's entitled to their own opinion! if you like it, that's awesome - more power to ya! i'm sure somewhere out there, there are others who also like Matt Frewer... if you find yourself in the minority, just remember the backlash some of us have put up with over Steve Martin's Clouseau! Cheers, and happy posting!

Hey guys. I think I had found a new voice of the panther, that they should of have done back in the 90s. And here's a video clip of the Pink Panther's new voice. de.youtube.com/watch?v=EGC-KHRF3CM&feature=relatedSo... what do you think of it? JSCARTOONFAN

sorry i took so long to get back to you, js...
the first clip works pretty well, IMO... the voice, as others have said, is a nice fit for the character... as for the second clip, though, i'm not so keen over that one... i suppose i'm biased on the second one, though, because i know the original episode in question (it was one of the original theatrical shorts), and i think the episode played fine without a narrator (the dubber in this clip is more a narrator than anything else, because the Panther doesn't speak in this one)...
so i guess my answer is a bit divided... as the voice of the Panther, i like the dubber, but as a narrator (while the "peeping Tom" line was funny), he's just not necessary... make sense??

That's okay Clouseau. I know it's a very nice fit, indeed. A Pink-Fan (from YouTube) did the two clips of the Pink Panther, only for fun; he also was the narrator of the second clip. For me Clouseau, I would say... I LOVE IT ALOT! ;D ;D (sadly sigh) I wish it was like that in the 90s verison, for real You and your friends are right, old verison was greater. But I souldn't get upset over on that, you know. JSCARTOONFAN
