Wow you really love it. I've watched it about 3 times. Me twice. I don't like the idea of calling Steve Martin Clouseau at all. I just believe Peter was the only man who should have played the character. I think the character died with him. Beyoncé irritated the hell out of me. I understand how it's great for Clouseau because he likes Steve Martin, but I don't and if that's the case you're bound to hate this movie. There were a few funny gags though. I see where your coming from. I didn't really think Beyonce was annoying (In fact I quite liked her ) When I went to see the film I wasn't expecting Martin's Clouseau to be anything like Sellers, and it wasn't. Which I thinks a good thing but I did not like Martin's Clouseau as much as Sellers. It wasn't a bad performance though, IMO. Anyway I watched High Anxiety starring Harvery Korman. I am a big fan of Harvey korman and he made the filme even funnier ;D One of Mel Brook's better films.

What do you think of Never Say Never Again? i hate it... it has maybe one or two scenes i think were worth seeing, but by-and-large it's a poor remake of Thunderball, which i didn't really care for all that much to begin with... i blame Kevin McClory... It isn't a great film although the cast if fantastic. The one thing I hate about it is the under-use of Max Von Sydow as Blofeld.

Scarface with Robert Loggia. I think it's very good but over-rated.

I watched For Your Eyes Only starring Eric Pohlmann. Eric Pohlmann was in FYEO?! he died in '79, and FYEO wasn't released until '81! maybe you confused him with John Hollis in that film... at least it had Roger Moore, though, so there's still the Panther-connection... Woops, I meant John Hollis. No idea how I got the two confused.

I watched For Your Eyes Only starring Eric Pohlmann. A great Bond films. I never really watch it a lot though It's sad about the whole Kevin McClory Blofeld/SPECTRE situation because it would have been nice to have Blofeld back as a main villain for a final film. Maybe not played by Eric Pohlmann though.

Strange ones to watch for you. Do you like them any more than the first few viewings?

Thats strange as well as usually American R1 releases are months ahead of Europena R releases. I think Michael Caine steals the film though.

Yeah I've noticed that you seem a big Clive Owen fan. Are you dissapointed that he never got the role of Bond?
Also did you see Children of Men? I thought it was fantastic.

I like all the Bond films everyone seems to hate, TMWTGG, AVTAK, NSNA, DAF or YOLT. I'd gladly watch any of these over FRWL.

I did not the Ladykillers remake (I've not seen the original though). I did think the only decent member of the gang was Tom Hanks as the Professor , all the others annoyed me.
I watched the end of the Pink Panther on Friday , I just saw the last 5 minutes but I do like the end. Good stuff.
I also watched The Man With the Golden Gun starring Roger Moore. One of my top 5 favourite Bond films.

Trail of the Pink Panther: First panther film I've watched in ages. I really enjoyed this. I think its put together very well and like the interview style. Although, I think Joanna Lumley is great actress but she just annoys me as Marie Jouvet and seems very stuck up. However I enjoyed this but there was not a lot of Cato scenes.

I watched
The Dead Zone: Starring Herbert lom. I really enjoyed this as it has a great cast of Christopher Walken, Martin Sheen, and Herbert Lom. I have the book and now I need to start to read that.
