sounds like a fine idea to me! please do set up a new thread for it if you want to discuss it at length, though, so that this thread can remain on topic... but yes, i'd certainly love to read it when you've completed it!

not a bad idea... i'd like to see more RomOTPP artwork, if folks wanna do some more... in this poster, Martin looks a little fuzzy, which kinda threw me off, but besides that, it's pretty cool...

hey, zony, i hope you don't mind, but i took it upon myself to pull your clip out to 16:9 format, cuz i thought it looked more natural that way... i'm still very impressed with your skills, though... i'm just now starting to learn to play with the video editing software on my newly upgraded computer, so maybe i'll actually have something of my own worth sharing someday... in the meantime, keep up the good work! here's the link to the 16:9 version of your trailer... rapidshare.de/files/28111693/FRWL_vs._Pink_Panther_WS.wmv.html

you know i'm a fan, zony! nice to have you aboard, too... now what might be the next interesting thing to me would be if you were able to put clips from Pink Panther films to the tune of the James Bond theme song! how 'boutcha?!

hehehehehe... just goes to show that you don't have to do anything terribly fancy to still make something very amusing... that was a great laugh, Dreyfus! ;D

This relatively basic but you've got to start somewhere ok, well, just for fun, i started here, and combined it with the first thing i made (posted somewhere above), and here's what i came up with... but i decided that wasn't pink enough, so i played around some ore, and here's what i got... it still didn't seem just quite pink enough, though, so i played around some more, and here's where i ended up... i'm not sure which one is my favorite, though... the first just didn't have enough pink... the second, i just wasn't crazy over the tangerine... but the last, i think, i almost too much pink... so... i'm not sure... the second and third ones are the better ones, i think, but i don't know if i can choose between them... ah well, it was just for fun, anyway... maybe i'll share these over at MI6 later today and see what sort of reaction i get... ;D

Timothy Dalton is Inspector Clouseau... he almost kinda sorta reminds me a little bit of Alan Arkin in that picture!

i've never used Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8, so i'm not sure what to tell you... perhaps if you start a new image when you compose, and you set the resolution higher at the outset, that might help... i'm afraid i'm just not familiar with the quirks of that particular program, though, so i don't know what to tell you... maybe someone else can give you some pointers...

ok, for instance, it ain't much, but here's the first thing i've made... img.photobucket.com/albums/v412/kyvan/MooreTail.jpgit's just silly, really, but if someone with more talent wants to try something more substantial, i'd certainly be interested to see it!

what program are you using to create images, Dreyfus? that may have something to do with the resolution, or it may just be a setting somewhere, you know? i dunno...
but i don't see the connection between the above image and James Bond... am i missing something? or maybe you were just intending to post it in a different thread? i dunno again...

going on the theme of my thread about Inspector Clouseau vs. James Bond, i was thinking it would be funny to have some Panther/Bond art... you know, Roger Moore with a pink tail (since he was in CotPP), the Pink Panther in a Bond-esque pose, that sort of thing... only thing is, i'm not very artistic when it comes to that sort of thing... i'll still give it a try, and i'll post anything i come up with that looks halfway decent, but i wonder if anyone else might post their attempts, as well... just for laughs, if nothing else...

well as if my hand-drawn image wasn't bad enough, i thought i'd try to draw a similar image using the computer... img115.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pixelatedpanther7ih.jpgif nothing else, this will perhaps embolden some of you to step up out of the darkness and share your talents with the knowledge that nothing you draw can be THIS bad! seriously, i think a 7 yr old would be more artistic than me!
